Description

The HRLE is a temperature control device featuring two independent cooling
channels in one package. This thermo chiller is designed to cool the
optical head and oscillator of a laser processing system. Considerabe
space savings can be realized compared to a two chiller solution. All
operation can be managed from a single touch panel. Compared to the HRL,
the HRLE targets medium-sized 3-4kW lasers and simplifies the internal
components. Heat extracted by the refrigerant cycle can be either cooled
with a fan (air type) or with facility water (water type). Space and
energy are saved using a single fan (air type), compressor, pump and tank.
The heating function uses waste heat from the refrigerant discharge instead
of a separate electric heater to improve efficiency and reliability.
Several features are optional to reduce the cost of the basic unit. These
options include DI water capability, electrical conductivity control kit,
bypass piping, automatic water fill kit, particle and fluid fill filters,
and a ball valve set for adjusting coolant pressure and flow rate.
