Description
SMC’s non-contact, cyclone type grippers, series XT661 moves work pieces
without leaving flaws or adsorption marks. Because no-contact is made with
work pieces, the XT661 is ideal for transferring FPD glass substrates,
solar cells, wafers, etc.
– Assist in non-contact workpiece transfer
– Body diameter: (mm) 20, 40, 60, 80, 100
– High lifting force: Max. 9.9 lbf (ø100)
